How long will my order take to arrive?

Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched within 2–3 working days and typically arrive within a week inside the GCC. Made-to-order pieces take 3–5 weeks depending on the design, and bespoke commissions take 4–6 weeks.

Is my order insured in transit?

Yes. Every Evokaa shipment travels fully insured and requires a signature on delivery. You receive tracking as soon as the piece leaves our atelier.

Can I return a piece?

Ready-to-ship pieces can be returned within 30 days in unworn condition with all documentation. Bespoke, engraved and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned, because they are made for one person.

What are crafted diamonds?

Crafted diamonds are laboratory-grown diamonds. They are chemically, physically and optically identical to mined diamonds: the same carbon crystal, the same hardness, the same fire. The difference is origin, not nature.

Yes. Every eligible stone is supplied with independent certification covering carat, cut, colour and clarity. Certification details accompany each piece.

Do lab-grown diamonds hold their value?

Lab-grown diamonds are priced differently from mined stones and generally do not carry the same resale expectation. Evokaa is transparent about this. What you are buying is the design, the making and the stone itself, not a speculative asset.

Yes. Evokaa’s bespoke service takes a piece from first sketch to final setting. Bring a drawing, a stone, an heirloom to remake, or only a feeling. Bespoke commissions start at one piece with a 4–6 week lead time.

Bulk and trade orders start at 25 pieces per design, with a 6–10 week lead time. Two decades of B2B manufacturing sit behind every order, so repeat runs match the original.

Yes. Corporate gifting starts at 10 pieces, with engraving, custom presentation and your identity worked into the piece. Lead time is 4–8 weeks depending on complexity.

Yes. We can reset existing stones, rebuild a worn piece, or design something new around a stone you already own. Bring it to a private appointment so we can assess it properly.

How should I care for my jewellery?

Store each piece separately to avoid scratching, avoid direct contact with perfume, chlorine and household chemicals, and clean gently with a soft cloth after wearing. Remove pieces before sleeping, swimming or exercise.

Do you offer resizing?

Yes. Complimentary resizing is offered once within the first year on eligible ring designs. Some settings and full-pavé bands cannot be resized; we will tell you before you buy.

What warranty comes with an Evokaa piece?
