Do I need an appointment to visit?
Walk-ins are welcome in our boutiques. Salons and the atelier are appointment-only, and an appointment anywhere means the pieces you want to see are ready when you arrive.
Can I see a piece I found online in a boutique?
Yes. Share the piece with the concierge and we will confirm which location holds it, or bring it in for your visit.
Do boutiques offer engraving and resizing?
Engraving and complimentary first-year resizing on eligible designs are handled through the atelier and can be arranged at any location.
Is the tourist VAT refund available in store?
Yes, in the United Arab Emirates. Bring your passport at the time of purchase and the team will register the refund for you.
